This role leads ITSM platform management, particularly ServiceNow, using JavaScript, REST/SOAP API, and AngularJS for automation and support. The Track Manager will drive continuous improvement, meet SLAs, and mentor technical teams to ensure operational excellence for complex projects.

Responsibilities

Lead SNOW administration and support by configuring, optimizing, and maintaining ITSM modules using ServiceNow and JavaScript.
Architect automation solutions using JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and AngularJS to streamline IT operations.
Drive operational improvements by analyzing SNOW processes and implementing advanced automation and reporting solutions.
Mentor support teams with expert technical guidance in SNOW, JavaScript, and API integrations.
Engage with clients to understand requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Lead incident, change, and problem management activities on the SNOW platform.
Champion innovation by evaluating new SNOW features, JavaScript frameworks, and automation tools.

Requirements

Excellent proficiency in Javascript for scripting, workflow automation, and UI customization within ServiceNow.
Advanced expertise in REST/SOAP API integration for cross-platform data exchange and automation.
Excellent skills in AngularJS for building and enhancing custom ServiceNow components.
Advanced proficiency in operational improvement methodologies, process automation, and reporting.
Expert ability to lead, mentor, and empower technical teams in a complex support environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for effective client engagement.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required).

Desired Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (optional but valuable).
ITIL Foundation Certification (optional but valuable).
