Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Lead Microsoft 365 modernization and transformation initiatives.
- Manage service scalability, resilience, and platform optimization.
- Lead Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment and operational management.
- Design Copilot readiness and adoption strategies, assessing data security and defining AI governance.
- Design and govern Microsoft Teams architecture, managing collaboration, meeting, calling, and governance solutions.
- Design and support Exchange Online environments, managing mail flow, transport rules, shared mailboxes, and hybrid configurations.
- Design collaboration and content management architectures for SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
- Architect and administer Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Governance, and PIM.
- Implement security controls across Microsoft 365 services, supporting DLP, Information Protection, and Compliance Policies.
- Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate, and Power Platform.
- Act as the highest escalation point for M365 incidents and lead Major Incident Management activities.
- Lead Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 adoption programs, conducting workshops and developing best-practice guidance.
- Mentor and coach L1 and L2 engineers, defining operational procedures and standards.

- Support transition, transformation, and innovation initiatives.
