This role leads the operational management and enhancement of large-scale Azure environments using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and automation. The individual will ensure robust SLA delivery, implement continuous improvements, and guide teams in cloud operations and strategic problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Lead operations management by implementing advanced DevOps automation using Terraform and Azure DevOps for Azure IaaS, PaaS, and Kubernetes resources.
Drive process improvements by designing and optimizing workflows with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Azure Resource Manager.
Ensure robust support and incident resolution for Azure environments, maintaining SLAs and providing escalation support.
Mentor and empower team members on best practices in IaC, Terraform modules, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions using Azure and Terraform.
Research, evaluate, and integrate emerging DevOps tools and Azure services to enhance operational efficiency and security.
Analyze operational data and lead the adoption of new processes or technologies for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Excellent knowledge of Azure IaaS, PaaS, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Advanced skills in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, including Terraform scripting, module development, and state management.
Strong experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline creation, release management, and operational monitoring.
In-depth understanding of cloud security, governance, and compliance frameworks within Azure.
Excellent problem-solving and process optimization abilities.
Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (Optional)
HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate (Optional)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Optional)
