This role is for a Track Lead - Network LAN/WAN, based in Lucknow, India. The position requires strong expertise in Data Analytics, Oracle BI, SQL, SD WAN, and network infrastructure, along with relevant certifications like CCNP or CCDP. The individual will lead technical deployments and provide direction to technical teams.

Responsibilities

Provide technical direction to program and technical discipline leads.
Adapt to different customer needs and changing environments.
Span multiple technologies and interact heavily with other departments.
Responsible for KPI reporting on Oracle BI and modifying reports as needed.
Responsible for matrix supervision of a team for specific projects, resource management, process documentation, and peer mentoring.
Create client solutions based on business requirements involving advanced networks, data center, security, and virtualization technologies.
Develop fault and performance management policies and automation rules.
Collaborate with Engineering/Planning, IT, Product Development, vendors, and delivery/support teams.
Provide technical trainings and support for the Managed Services Operations team.
Design, implement, and support solutions involving WAN, LAN, WLAN, VoIP, Data Analytics, Security, and Virtual technologies.
Oversee customer network documentation (e.g., engineering design document, record of change, network diagrams).
Responsible for the protection of Verizon customer proprietary network information and Verizon information assets.

Requirements

Strong communicator internally and externally directed at clients and third parties.
Strong in Data Analytics with hands-on experience in Oracle BI, SQL.
Experience with and strong understanding of complex network and data center/cloud infrastructures.
Experience with SD WAN.
CCDP, CCNP, or equivalent level of experience.

Desired Qualifications

Nice to have application development/scripting and related skills.
