The Track Lead for Support & Operations is responsible for managing operational excellence and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities

Lead the enhancement of operational systems utilizing Kubernetes and Terraform to streamline information flow and optimize business processes.
Analyze client requirements and oversee the support team’s performance in meeting and exceeding client expectations, utilizing AWS Cloud Formation and EKS.
Mentor and guide the project team by facilitating transparent communication of project goals and promoting best practices in Linux and AWS PaaS technologies.
Drive innovation by introducing new ideas for process development, leveraging knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform.
Deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs using Kubernetes and Terraform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform for container orchestration and Infrastructure as Code.
Solid understanding of AWS PaaS and Cloud Formation for deploying and managing cloud resources.
Proficiency in Linux systems administration for operational support and troubleshooting.
Experience in problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance service delivery.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills to empower team members and facilitate effective communication.

Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate
AWS Certified Solutions Architect
