The Track Lead role requires deep expertise in Ansible Automations, including infrastructure management, application deployment, and cloud provisioning. Responsibilities include providing technical assistance, developing Ansible playbooks, and administering the Ansible infrastructure. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Ansible, Terraform on cloud platforms, and strong scripting skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance on Ansible/Ansible Tower implementation, configuration, playbook/module development, and support.
Analyze requirements, solutions, and estimates for DevOps practices using Ansible.
Administer Ansible infrastructure, perform maintenance and configuration, and provide SME-level support.
Develop playbooks/modules and script in languages like PowerShell, Shell, or Python.

Requirements

Deep understanding of Ansible Automations for infrastructure as a code, management, application deployment, server security, CI/CD, service orchestration, and cloud provisioning.
Hands-on experience with Ansible (including Ansible Tower) and Terraform on cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP.
Strong knowledge of Unix/Windows OS.
Experience implementing DevOps Pipelines and IaC with automation tools.
Hands-on experience on AWX or Ansible Tower.

Desired Qualifications

Optional but valuable certifications: Hashicorp Certified: Terraform Associate, Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation.
