We are seeking a Track Lead for Active Directory Service Interfaces to manage both On-Premises Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments. Responsibilities include optimizing user management, access controls, leading a project team, and implementing innovative solutions. Responsibilities
- Enhance operational systems by leveraging on-premise Active Directory to streamline user management, optimize access controls, and improve reporting.
- Understand and analyze client requirements, ensuring effective utilization of on-premise Active Directory to meet service level agreements.
- Lead and mentor the project team in implementing best practices for on-premise Active Directory management, ensuring transparent communication.
- Introduce innovative solutions for process development, utilizing on-premise Active Directory features to enhance security and operational efficiency.
- Provide tailored solutions that align with customer needs, leveraging on-premise Active Directory functionalities to drive business results and enhance user satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of On-Prem Active Directory: DNS, DHCP, Group policy, AD Connect, ADFS, domain replication, Site & services, domain promotion & decommission, organizational unit, FSMO role, domain controller backups, delegation model, multiple domain configurations.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory: synchronization, handling Azure objects and guest users, Enterprise services and SSO, Azure AD Password protection, Azure certificate, Azure Application Proxy connectors, Azure Device management, Privileged Identity Management, RBAC roles, Azure AAD connect, Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) and company branding, Azure App registrations, Custom domain names in Azure, audit Azure AD Sign in logs and monitoring, MFA and Conditional access policy, Azure AD security features, Blob storage account, Azure License management.
- Knowledge of integration/configuration of above components.
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Team management (team lead).
- Willingness to work in shifts.

- Understanding of ITIL framework (Optional).
