Responsibilities
- Assist customers and sales with troubleshooting and process improvements.
- Train users (internal and external) and create training materials.
- Test and validate R&D designs for rock tools in Mining applications.
- Collaborate with Product Line development team to improve performance and create new technologies.
- Provide on-site technical consulting to optimize drilling operations.
- Prepare technical reports and manage field tools.
- Make technical documentation and tools to support frontline.
- Share product knowledge across the business as a high-level expert.
- Take responsibility for assigned customer contracts and drive implementation to deliver customer value.
- Support field trials, tool selection, customer audits, and recommendations.
- Evaluate improvements and drive brand loyalty across Rock Tools.
- Carry out and support TSSR defined tasks and professional development of team members.
- Undertake internal and external travel for business needs and customer site engagements.
Requirements
- Undergraduate Mining/Mechanical Engineer/Earth Sciences and/or Trade Experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Practical experience in the field.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with contracts and customer support.
- Familiarity with production processes in both mining and construction.
- Organized work methods.
- Keen insight into what customers value.
- Comprehensive knowledge of product manufacturing processes.
