Responsibilities

Define and execute electrical development strategies aligned with TMP system architecture and product roadmap.
Lead electrical architecture, circuit, and control design activities.
Manage electrical development projects to achieve QCD targets.
Ensure electrical design quality, safety, and reliability through reviews, validation, and verification.
Drive CIP initiatives for defect reduction, design robustness, development efficiency, and standardization.
Provide technical support for mass production and post-production issues.
Coordinate with System Integration and Software Development Sections.
Develop electrical engineering capability and talent within the section.

Requirements

Experience in defining and executing electrical development strategies.
Proven ability to lead electrical architecture, circuit, and control design.
Experience in managing electrical development projects to achieve QCD targets.
Proficiency in design reviews, validation, and verification processes for quality, safety, and reliability.
Experience driving Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) initiatives.
Ability to provide technical support for production issues, including root cause analysis.
Strong coordination skills with system integration and software development teams.
Experience in developing engineering capability and talent.
