Securitas seeks a Data Domain Owner for Finance Data to lead the quality and definition of master, meta, and reference data, ensuring trusted finance data across systems. This strategic role bridges Finance and IT, collaborating with global stakeholders to align data with the Common Information Model and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and document end-to-end finance data processes (CRUD) from cradle to grave.
  • Define data roles and responsibilities in collaboration with CFO community and Finance business partners.
  • Collect, document, and manage Finance data requirements and changes.
  • Ensure consistent Finance data representation across systems in alignment with the Common Information Model.
  • Manage data model change requests and track implementation with the Finance sponsor.
  • Measure and report on Finance data compliance against the CIM data model.
  • Analyze root causes of poor data quality and develop remediation plans.
  • Develop training material and support for individuals in Finance data roles.
  • Collaborate with Privacy, Compliance, and Security on data practices.
  • Develop and agree Service Artefacts for the Finance Data Service.
  • Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders.
  • Agree and execute engagement models with key stakeholders.
  • Develop, agree, and maintain a roadmap of Finance data improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate data standards, governance procedures, and changes clearly.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support for consistent data entry and stewardship.
  • Promote the adoption of new data processes.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to investigate data issues, identify root causes, and recommend improvements.
  • Strong experience working in complex technological environments and heterogeneous business set-ups.
  • Strong influencing skills to drive alignment across Finance and business stakeholders.
  • Comfortable liaising with divisional and country CFO as well as CIO.
  • Ability to facilitate governance discussions and communicate complex topics in simple terms.
  • 15+ years of Finance Transformation / Finance Digital Transformation experience.
  • Good experience working through Finance processes and lifecycle data.
  • Familiarity with Cost Centre structures / General Ledgers, Treasury concepts etc.
  • Experience with master data management, metadata governance, and enterprise data models.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into data definitions and model changes.
  • Experience with Finance platforms (e.g., SAP ERP, Oracle ERP.) and data governance or MDM tooling.
