- Develop and improve automated tests as new features are added.
- Create work plans, monitor, and track work schedules for on-time delivery.
- Create reusable and scalable test automation frameworks.
- Develop test strategies and plans.
- Maintain test data and submit status reports to minimize risks.
- Develop and guide QA engineers in using the testing framework.
- Enhance technical capabilities of QA engineers and increase productivity.
Requirements
- Experience in planning, deploying, and managing testing efforts.
- Proficiency in developing automated test scripts.
- Experience in maintaining test case suites.
- Ability to create reusable and scalable test automation frameworks.
- Experience in developing test strategies and plans.
- Ability to mentor and guide QA engineers.
