Responsibilities

Enter and maintain sales orders and quotes in ERP.
Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and communicate with customers regarding all aspects of quotes and purchase orders.
Maintain customer shipment schedule.
Use CRM Software to log notes and relevant customer information regarding on-going construction and jobsite projects.
Be team oriented and personally motivated for success.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is preferred or a combination of education and experience in a sales & service oriented role.
Clear understanding of the sales processes required for success.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills needed, with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers while working comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Must be able to prioritize duties and manage time effectively.

Desired Qualifications

Previous experience in a sales & service oriented role is a plus.
Be team oriented and take personal and self-responsibility for development and increased competency in role.
Strong phone skills and bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
