Responsibilities

- Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and communicate with customers.
- Maintain customer shipment schedule.
- Use CRM Software to log customer information and project details.
- Handle truckload management and extended customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or a combination of education and experience in a sales & service oriented role.
- Clear understanding of sales processes.
- Previous experience in a sales & service oriented role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
- Team-oriented and self-motivated.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Strong phone skills.
- Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize duties and manage time effectively.
