Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales Service Engineer is responsible for Generating / Preserving the Service business in the Region / Territory Allocated.
- To sell services products and thus achieve the company’s target.
- To research and identify potential customers for services.
- Identify customer needs, potential, product and service concepts for existing customers.
- Sales Service Engineer analyses and adapts new strategies to react to changing business trends.
- Sales Service Engineer manages objectives and plans through field Service team.
- Developing the new accounts and improving the market coverage.
- Mapping of competition, segments and preparation of product presentations, seminars and customized presentations.
- Routine tasks would include daily interaction with the key accounts, internal and external customers.
- Planning and coordinating with Product Sales Team, project and customer support.
- To maintain sales forecasting report.
- To know the status of the pending offers and to keep a follow-up.
- To develop and deliver presentations to enhance company and brand image.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and experience :
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering.
- 2-3 years of field experience in sales and servicing for Industrial products.
