Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Professional to manage and grow the Southern India business for Industrial Gas Generators. The ideal candidate shall have a strong technical background combined with proven sales expertise in the industrial or allied sectors.

• Drive sales and business development for Industrial Gas Generators across South India.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

• Develop New Channels and onboard Channel Partners and OEMs for strong reach and business growth.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Cross Divisional, Engineering, Service, Marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback for product development.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and maintain CRM data up to the mark.
• Develop a Strong Rapport and Collect Testimonials from Existing Customers.

To succeed, you will need
Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 8+ years in sales within a similar industry (Industrial Gas Generators, Air/Gas Compressors) or allied sectors.
• Strong understanding of industrial applications and technical sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a large geographical territory with extensive travel within the region.

Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of industrial gas generation technologies and applications.
• Knowledge of Industry segments e.g. Chemical, Food & Pharma and Pharma etc.
• Good hold on territory and experience in handling Channels/OEM Business.
• Familiarity with solution-based selling and consultative sales approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
