Responsibilities
- Ensure operations comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Perform daily work in assembly shop and coil shop requirements per direction/schedule.
- Conduct product assembly and basic equipment operation.
- Set up and operate Winding machine, Spot welding machine, and Molding machine.
- Set up and operate Automatic testing equipment for coil and assembly shops.
- Rotate responsibilities within the position as needed.
- Adhere to all quality standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement events such as Kaizen.
Requirements
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- 0-2 years of experience in operating Assembly & Testing equipment.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis.
- Physical demands: Must be able to lift up to 3 Kilogram weight.
- Physical demands: Must be able to distinguish colors.
- Possession of B.E/B. Tech /Diploma /ITI or any degree.
