Temenos Transact (T24) Product Specialist

Job Summary

As a Product Specialist specializing in Temenos T24/Transact, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the utilization of the Temenos T24/Transact software within the organization. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless integration, customization, and functionality of T24/Transact to meet business requirements.

Key Features 

Functional / Technical

• • • Lead and mentor testing teams for functional testing, regression, automation, NFR for large Temenos T24 projects in the Private banking domain.
    • Test planning and execution including the test design, data management, environment planning, automation, non-functional testing, regression, defect management and test closure
    • Review and analyse Business requirements and system specifications to define test approach, scope and test plan.
    • Work collaboratively with various team to achieve goals.
    • Status reporting and able to drive the defect management across multiple teams.
    • Proactively raise issues, risks and recommend optimal solutions.
    • Work with the BA and Dev teams to drive even the upstream software quality (Requirements, Development Solutions)

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement, configure, and customize the temenos t24/transact software according to business needs.
2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any t24/transact related issues.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure effective integration and alignment of t24/transact with existing systems.
4. Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize utilization and understanding of the t24/transact software.
5. Stay updated with the latest developments and updates in the temenos t24/transact platform to suggest and implement enhancements.

Skill Requirements

Technical and Functional

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in test lead role for T24 projects, preferably with Private Banking

• Good knowledge of Securities, Payments, Corporate Actions, Derivatives, Structured Products, Accounting, Pricing, Portfolio Management, Forex, Treasury, Lending domains in Private Banking

• Excellent knowledge of T24 modules for these domains

• Excellent knowledge of and exposure to testing of T24 integration, COB testing, Client output

• Excellent knowledge of SWIFT message testing, regulatory reports

• Expertise in financial accounting for all asset types

• Expertise in working on Agile methodologies such as Scrum / Kanban / SAFE

• Good know how of JAVA and experience in Automation, DevOps is an advantage

• Understanding / Experience of Automation tools (Selenium) and DevOps concepts to drive Automation in projects.

• Agile planning tools – JIRA, Confluence

1. Proficiency in temenos t24/transact software with hands-on experience in implementation and customization.
2. Strong understanding of banking processes and operations to effectively apply t24/transact solutions.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve any t24/transact related issues.
4. Good communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and effectively train end-users.
5. Ability to adapt to changing requirements and prioritize tasks accordingly in a dynamic environment.

Other Requirements

1.Certification in Temenos T24/Transact is highly preferred.
