Responsibilities

Develop and execute mixed-signal production test strategy for profitable and sustainable revenue growth.
Guide Business Managers globally in interacting with sales teams, building customer relationships, and prioritizing test opportunities.
Gather and document market requirements for products and solutions as part of the market segment strategy.
Refine market requirements into system and product level requirements for R&D.
Establish and interlock roadmaps with R&D to meet long and short-term strategies.
Provide multi-year forecasts including roadmap investments and drive the business to meet forecasts.
Provide regular updates on market segment revenue, quarterly forecasts, and customer insights.
Prioritize Application Engineering resources for global customer engagements.
Align with SEBU Marketing Lead to develop sales enablement content and events.
Work with Sales Management on Go-To-Market plans and track revenue.
Establish deep relationships with target customer management.
Coach and mentor team members for personal development and growth opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
10+ years of experience in the semiconductor production test industry.
Strong understanding of the semiconductor production test ATE market.
Experience and knowledge of semiconductor test ecosystem (ATE competition, OSATs, Test houses, test cell providers, etc.).
Sales, business development, product management, or technical marketing experience is appreciated.
Proven ability to manage and build cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated experience in creating growth strategies and driving adoption of technical products and solutions.
Experience working with multifaceted cultures & countries in a global organization.
Excellent verbal and written English skills required.
Travel up to 40% internationally is expected.
