Responsibilities

Configure and maintain the SAP RE-FX module to support real estate management processes.
Create and maintain master data including business entities, buildings, land, rental objects, and lease contracts.
Manage real estate transactions like lease agreements, acquisitions, and disposals, ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., IFRS 16).
Collaborate with finance teams for seamless integration with SAP FI/CO, asset accounting, accounts receivable/payable, and controlling modules.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot user issues via ticket systems, and perform break/fix analysis.
Generate and analyze financial reports related to the real estate portfolio and support closing activities.
Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and conduct training sessions for business users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, legal, procurement, sales, ABAP) for enhancements, data migration, and development.

Requirements

Relevant experience (e.g., 8-10+ years for a senior role) working with SAP Real Estate (RE-FX), including implementation and support.
Strong knowledge of SAP RE-FX configuration, real estate transactions, and invoice accounting processes.
Background in finance, real estate processes, and strong knowledge of integration with SAP Finance (FI-AA, FICO).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and with clients.
SAP REFX in S/4, FICO.
Integration and collaboration exposure with Business and Government institutions.
