Responsibilities

  • Set program vision, goals, and objectives; evaluate and run multiple projects; define program controls.
  • Drive consistency between Cloud and central processes, improving cross-team communication.
  • Enable execution across multiple teams for the complete portfolio of Cloud products and solutions.
  • Engage with engineering directors, product leaders, and TPM groups to streamline processes, manage OKRs, and assist with execution.
  • Contribute to initiatives in Cloud Storage, Data Cloud, and the GCP TPM community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in technical program management, specifically designing, constructing, or managing projects.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in software-focused program/project management and the business technology market.
  • Knowledge of distributed software applications and ability to grasp new technical concepts.
  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with technical and non-technical team members.
  • Proven successful technical program management outcomes from idea to launch.

  • Comfortable building relationships across functions, product areas, and organizational boundaries.
