Responsibilities

- Provide project status updates to various audiences, including cross-functional teams and executives.
- Drive feature planning and build cohesion and alignment across stakeholders.
- Demonstrate technical knowledge and thought leadership to enhance project efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with large-scale data management.
- Experience with quantitative analysis and cost-effectiveness assessment techniques.
- Familiarity with AI model training, testing, evaluation, and tuning processes.
- Knowledge of data quality metrics and KPIs for AI products.
