Responsibilities
- Own project schedules and execution tracking with the engineering team.
- Track project milestones and risk mitigation to align strategy with the management team.
- Refine Work Breakdown Structure with team leads and build into an execution schedule.
- Drive internal sign-off with engineering.
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering efforts: Front-end & Back-end Teams, Operations, Product Engineering and Test Engineering Teams.
- Facilitate cross-business group collaterals and delivery handovers.
- Define and drive process frameworks for efficient and consistent execution and quality deliverables.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in SoC development life cycle – Pre-Silicon to Post-Silicon / New-Product-Introduction to Release-To-Production.
- Experience in an engineering role as part of an SoC/ASIC development team for understanding of execution flow and cross-team interdependencies.
- Proficiency in schedule development, tracking, and reporting with industry standard tools.
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification is an asset.
