We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong experience in Google Analytics implementation, GTM tagging, and event-driven analytics. The role involves providing technical guidance, defining best practices, and ensuring process compliance. This is a full-time, on-site position in Noida, India.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and solutions to the team.
  • Define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards.
  • Develop team members' technical capabilities and increase productivity.
  • Ensure process compliance and participate in technical discussions and reviews.
  • Prepare and submit status reports to minimize risks.

Requirements

  • Google Analytics implementation experience including solution design document and technical implementation specification creation with custom codes.
  • Technical experience with GTM tagging and setting up Google analytics along with third party tags.
  • Experience with event driven analytics data layer.
  • Good understanding of GA4 reports/dashboards, properties configurations etc.
  • Knowledge of analytics debuggers.
  • Technical Expertise in Web technologies like - HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience in digital marketing, campaign analytics and web reporting.
  • Ability to understand the business context and apply analytical concepts to provide business solutions.
