Responsibilities

Monitor GCP resources using Cloud Monitoring, Logging, and Security Command Center.
Identify, analyze, and resolve alerts, incidents, and service disruptions.
Perform detailed troubleshooting across compute, network, IAM, and storage services.
Manage Compute Engine instances including deployment, restart, and performance checks.
Troubleshoot networking issues including firewall rules, connectivity, VPN, and load balancing.
Manage IAM roles, policies, and access control mechanisms.
Administer GCP services including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, and GKE.
Perform routine operational tasks, health checks, and maintenance activities.
Provision and manage GCP resources using Terraform or Deployment Manager.
Support landing zone setup and project onboarding activities.
Configure and manage VPC, subnets, VPN, Interconnect, and load balancers.
Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization and cost.
Configure dashboards, alerts, and logs for proactive monitoring.
Analyze system trends and recommend performance improvements.
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
Handle incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL).
Work on GCP services including Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, IAM, and VPC.
Apply networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, firewall, VPN).
Provide support for Linux/Unix and Windows server environments.

Requirements

Experience: 2–6 Years
Strong knowledge of Google Cloud
ITIL understanding
