Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using .net, azure, and c#.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of software applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance application performance.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in the Microsoft ecosystem and recommend innovative solutions to enhance product offerings.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Remediate security vulnerabilities identified through Snyk and related tools.
- Implement code fixes following secure coding standards.
- Perform impact analysis and unit testing for application changes.
- Support code reviews and security assessments.
- Work closely with Senior Developers and Security teams.
- Update application dependencies and frameworks to supported versions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities.
- Leverage GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted coding tools to improve remediation efficiency.
- Prepare technical documentation and remediation reports.
Requirements
- 4-8 years .NET experience
- Strong coding and debugging skills
- Exposure to vulnerability remediation/security scans
- Git/GitHub and Azure DevOps experience
- Experience supporting enterprise applications
- Proficiency in .net framework, azure services, and c# programming language.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and experience with azure cloud services.
- Experience in leading and mentoring development teams in a fast paced agile environment.
- Solid knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and code quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Prior experience in full stack development and working with databases such as sql server or nosql databases.

- Knowledge of CI/CD deployment processes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure.
