As a Technical Lead in Embedded Networking, you will guide project technical direction, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality technical delivery using C and Linux. This role involves defining best practices, assessing technical risks, and managing project execution to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and solutions by defining, advocating, and implementing best practices and coding standards in embedded networking.
  • Develop and guide team members in enhancing their technical capabilities in embedded networking and Linux.
  • Ensure process compliance in assigned modules by participating in technical discussions and reviews.
  • Prepare and submit status reports to minimize exposure and risks, managing escalations and ensuring timely resolutions.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of embedded networking principles and protocols.
  • Solid proficiency in Linux operating systems and C programming language.
  • Familiarity with system design and architecture best practices.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess technical risks.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to team members and stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications

  • Certified Embedded Systems Engineer (CESE) - Optional but valuable.
  • Linux Professional Institute Certification (LPIC) - Optional but valuable.
