Responsibilities

  • Be part of a Customer Unit Radio SW program, working closely with customers and Ericsson teams.
  • Position Ericsson as a technology leader, communicating and driving Ericsson’s technology strategy and vision with customers.
  • Manage RAN SW customer requirements, ensuring strategic alignment with Ericsson’s relevant Product Lines.
  • Align customer requirements with Ericsson and ecosystem partners to secure end-to-end solution feasibility.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, ensuring the customer vision and strategy is communicated to stakeholders.
  • Secure timely delivery of critical features, following through the FOA process.
  • Provide sales support for specific deals: respond to RFx, propose solutions, and present to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • More than 10 years of experience in Technical Pre-sales, Development, or Service Delivery (Post-sales) in mobile networks.
  • Deep RAN SW product portfolio knowledge including LTE, NR FDD, NR TDD, and mmW.
  • Familiarity with Ericsson’s RAN portfolio, including Radio, Compute HW, Cloud RAN, EIC, and rApps.
  • Strong understanding of RAN/mobile network deployment scenarios, performance, optimization and related KPIs.
  • Deep understanding of software development processes.
  • Deep understanding of new SW introduction processes with major CSPs, including CI/CD practices.
  • Understanding of AI models, training processes, and their applicability to AI in RAN.
  • Familiarity with RAN interoperability projects (e.g., device testing, 5G Core integration).
  • Strong team-player mindset, working closely with Sales, Product Management, PDU, Domain and Program Office.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools.
  • Very good collaboration skills and the ability to work across organizational boundaries.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical topics clearly to diverse audiences.
