Responsibilities

Lead a team of tech sourcing recruiters to meet sourcing goals for volume, speed, and quality.
Develop recruiting strategies by understanding organizational structure, responsibilities, and business drivers.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.
Ensure all sourcing channels are utilized, including employee referrals, career portals, events, and job fairs.
Consult on recruitment ideas and strategies to contribute to long-range company growth.
Implement new processes and fine-tune standard recruiting processes.
Manage sourcing process data, employing data-driven thinking and systematic approaches for operational excellence.
Ensure ongoing education of sourcers on best practices and utilization of tools.
Implement recruitment tools and systems in the region through collaboration with global contacts.

Requirements

3+ years of business analytics and reporting or demand forecasting experience.
4+ years of Recruiting, HR or operations experience.
Knowledge of recruiting media such as job postings, job site aggregators, ATS and job distribution tools.
Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver results.
Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Desired Qualifications

Experience building, managing, and coaching a team in a high-growth environment.
Experience driving process optimization within a recruiting or equivalent environment.
Experience in recruiting operations leadership within a high growth tech company or high-volume RPO organization.
