Responsibilities
- Motivate, coach, and guide team members for individual and collective growth.
- Lead the team to optimize processes for a more efficient and effective supply chain.
- Address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, manage escalations, and implement resolutions.
- Implement long-term strategies for Supply Control and translate them into clear team goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree.
- At least three years of professional experience in a relevant field.
- Solid knowledge of supply chain and/or logistics.
- Assertive team player with strong analytical capacities and a proactive approach.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred.
- Strong passion for and knowledge of supply chain management, including its complexities and dynamics.
