Responsibilities
- Ensure Kanban system runs well to meet demand with good quality.
- Utilize ALPS tools for effective management and execution.
- Understand all production processes, products, and documentation.
- Manage inventory, including daily reviews and stocktaking.
- Control documents, including process, technical, and template tables.
- Implement and manage improvement tools like 5S, TPM, PRP, and SOP.
- Lead and develop the team through behavior development and performance appraisal.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Analyze production data.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Relevant Leadership and management skills.
- Over 3 years of experience from a production/manufacturing company.
- Experience with improvement tools (e.g., 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Certified GB is a plus.
