- Defining, building, and executing transportation processes from FC to customers via the Sort Center network.
- Hiring, training, and developing a motivated workforce for SC teams to meet operational requirements, quality, and productivity standards.
- Continuously improving the SC process and achieving sustained performance standards.
- Initiating improvements to enhance quality, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work.
- Analyzing data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve performance.
- Implementing formal process control and process improvement mechanisms such as Kaizen.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent in English (speak, write, read).
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience with Excel.
