Responsibilities
- Coordinate, plan, and support the daily work of the team/shift.
- Monitor processes and performance with a focus on waste elimination.
- Act as a link between the team, support functions, and team manager.
- Develop key processes and tools within the cell.
- Close competence gaps by training/coaching and running SOP audit dialogues.
- Control quality, deviations, and line stops together with the team manager.
- Support team members with immediate problem-solving when needed.
- Execute production work according to ALPS standards and participate in continuous improvements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED minimum.
- GPHE assembly experience.
- Basic Personal Computer skills with demonstrated ability in JEEVES, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated commitment to Alfa Laval Production System (ALPS), including 5S, Cell Status Boards, PRP and KPI Boards.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
