- Proven leadership abilities with experience in team mentoring and project management.
- Familiarity with operational processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
Desired Qualifications
- Optional but valuable certifications: ITIL Foundation, Six Sigma Green Belt, or relevant monitoring and event management certifications.
