Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations for one large or multiple small sites daily.
- Execute inbound and outbound operations.
- Meet customer-facing metrics while maintaining cost targets and team safety/morale.
- Drive performance management and implement training plans for team members.
- Continuously improve delivery processes and performance.
- Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station.
- Stand-in for the Area Manager.
- Manage day and night shifts.
Requirements
- Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in customer facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
- Strong execution skills, action oriented, go getter.
- Resourceful to identify ways to get things done using limited resources.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations and devise solutions.
- Good people management skills.
- Comfortable with reading, writing and communicating in English.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.

- Bachelor's degree.
