- Coordinate with Finance, CS, FC, and Projects teams on LM operations matters.
- Continuously improve LM processes and attain sustained performance standards.
- Initiate improvements to enhance quality, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work.
- Analyze data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve performance.
- Implement formal process control and process improvement mechanisms like Kaizen.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in English (speak, write, read)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
