Responsibilities

Provide internal and external audit support and monitor tax contingencies.
Lead process improvement initiatives, identifying automation opportunities and driving reduction in manual effort.
Assist in supporting withholding tax considerations for new countries, projects, and business lines.
Support withholding tax audits by tax authorities and statutory auditors.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and implement necessary adjustments.
Engage cross-functionally to leverage technology for efficient results.
Own end-to-end identity collection, validation, and query management for payees, including tax forms and documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field
2+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
