System Support Specialist (multiple openings)

Responsibilities
- Support areas of issue resolution and develop/implement permanent solutions.
- Responsible for field validation, product development, and hyper care for Tetra Pak filling machine commissioning and maintenance.
- Lead the completion of quality reports during all activities.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Tetra Pak filling machine installation projects using problem-solving methodologies.
- Lead installation, commissioning, and start-up of equipment.
- Participate in system specialist networks and share best practices.
- Participate in equipment audit, performance, and continuous improvement activities.
- Participate in regulatory filings for new machine systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field, or 6 years of experience in ready-to-fill liquid food filling machine technology.
- 5 years of experience in ready-to-fill liquid food filling machine technology.
- 4 years of experience with ready-to-fill liquid food filling equipment.
- Experience with plastic injection molding equipment.
- Experience with PLC programming and Rockwell Automation.
- Experience with Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic Systems.
- Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
- Experience with Issue analysis and Problem-Solving Methodology, 5Whys, and Fishbone analysis.
