- Work on maintenance-driven coding projects in Perl, shell scripts, web technologies, and Java.
- Read, understand, and fix complex application code to resolve support issues.
- Support software deployment in staging and production environments.
- Develop tools and automate manual operational tasks for easier service maintenance.
- Build monitoring metrics dashboards and report on system health and support status.
- Collaborate with remote development teams for issue hand-offs and knowledge base creation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of software development or 2+ years of technical support experience.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
- Experience in Unix.
- Experience scripting in modern programming languages.
