Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um effektive Stakeholder-Beziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen, und können sich gleichzeitig auf kurzfristige Ergebnisse und kontinuierliche Verbesserungsinitiativen konzentrieren, um langfristigen Wert für interne Kunden zu liefern.

Responsibilities

Ownership, management, and coordination of procurement tasks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of critical goods and services for new site launches.
Track and report project progress and performance, proactively identify risks and issues, and manage mitigation plans.
Monitor Purchase Order status and work with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of all equipment.
Partner with Category Managers to standardize category order and escalation processes, driving effective communication and mitigating risks for EU launches.
Provide guidance, coaching, and technical support to internal customers on best practice processes.
Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with internal customers in Start Up and Launch teams.
Lead the setup of standard procurement procedures for new sites.
Identify opportunities to streamline existing processes and remove waste across business groups and categories.
Manage supplier relationships, including inventory management, risks, and long-term supply chain strategies.

Requirements

Experience in a procurement organization performing vendor management, contract management, negotiating complex purchases, and bidding.

Desired Qualifications

4+ years of procurement, purchasing, supply chain related work experience in a procurement organization.
Experience managing and negotiating contracts and vendor relationships.
Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
