Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate procurement tasks and dependencies for new site launches.
- Track and report project progress, identifying and managing risks and mitigation plans.
- Monitor Purchase Order status and ensure on-time delivery from suppliers.
- Partner with Category Managers on standardization and risk mitigation for EU launches.
- Provide guidance and technical support to internal customers on best practices.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with Start Up and Launch teams.
- Lead the setup of standard procurement procedures for new sites and identify process improvements.
- Manage supplier relationships, including inventory and long-term supply chain strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain related work experience.
- Experience in vendor management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective vendor engagement.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vendor relationships and complex procurement projects.
Desired Qualifications
- 4+ years of work in a procurement organization.
- Experience in vendor management, contract management, negotiating complex purchases, and bidding.
