A performance-driven leader is sought for the role of Fulfilment & Replenishment Integration Manager, focusing on inbound and outbound operations, stock optimization, and team development. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of supply chain KPIs, forecasting, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient processes and support operations in inventory, capacity, warehouse management, logistics, quality, and improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external supply chain partners.
  • Apply LEAN expertise to continuously review and improve operations, eliminate waste, and embed sustainable working solutions.
  • Develop capacity plans based on forecasts, anticipate business needs, support growth, and plan capital and operational expenditure.
  • Maintain stock accuracy, availability, and range management, optimizing picking and storage efficiency.
  • Champion quality standards across all customer and internal flows.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop the Integration team, fostering a valued and motivated culture.

Requirements

  • University degree in Economics, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience with a proven track record in logistics, commercial, or supply chain.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a people leadership or management role, with a demonstrated record of delivering business results and people development.
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and engage others through change.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand budgets, costs, and key performance measurements.
  • Experience working through others, including setting priorities, delegating responsibility, and providing feedback.
  • Experience applying tactical and operational thinking to implement action plans in a fast-changing omnichannel retail environment.
