Responsibilities
- Ensure proper production planning based on customer demand and plant capacity.
- Safeguard business profitability through effective control of raw material and supply purchases.
- Ensure proper control, administration, and storage of raw materials and supplies.
- Participate in regular meetings with plant counterparts to align operational plans, forecasts, and budgets.
- Monitor and analyze departmental performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Provide technical support and resources for optimal performance.
- Propose, implement, and sustain continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
- Participate in research and development activities for new products and optimization of existing products.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing and operational processes.
- Promote automation, mechanization, and productivity improvements.
- Lead, manage, and develop personnel within assigned areas of responsibility.
- Establish, monitor, and drive departmental KPIs to achieve business objectives.
- Implement initiatives that improve operational efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets in alignment with business goals.
- Ensure the availability of resources necessary to support and optimize business operations.
- Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures for all applicable processes.
- Promote and reinforce the organization’s culture, values, and business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
