Du vil støtte den daglige IT-drift og få praktisk erfaring inden for infrastruktur, applikationer, cybersikkerhed og brugerstøtte, mens du kombinerer studiet med arbejde. Responsibilities

Support day-to-day IT operations and general IT-related activities.
Assist with IT hardware, workplace equipment, and infrastructure-related tasks.
Provide practical IT support and assistance to end users.
Support activities related to business applications and systems.
Assist with user administration and access-related activities.
Maintain IT documentation, inventories, and relevant records.
Support IT compliance activities, controls, documentation, and follow-up.
Participate in smaller IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a relevant higher education within IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Digitalization, or a related field.
Interest in IT technologies and motivation to develop practical IT skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a structured and responsible manner.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with colleagues across functions.
Service-oriented approach and interest in supporting users and business stakeholders.
Interest in infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, compliance, or IT operations.
Effective communication skills in both Danish and English.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft technologies, IT support, scripting, applications, or infrastructure is an advantage but not a requirement.
