Qualifications
- 8+ years of project/program management, business operations, or strategy work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
OR
10+ years of equivalent work experience without a Bachelor's degree.
Proven ability and experience leading large-scale data and analytics transformation and migration at scale (required), specifically geared toward AI readiness.
AI-enabled (required) — hands-on fluency with AI tools and a demonstrated ability to embrace, adopt, and continuously adapt to a rapidly evolving AI footprint.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree (MBA or IT/business-related field).
Prior experience in a chief of staff, strategy & operations, business operations, or PMO leadership role supporting senior executives.
Hands-on experience managing data and AI projects and leading data/AI-driven transformation initiatives at scale.
Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and enterprise IT functions.
Strong financial, planning, and data analysis skills; proficiency with executive communications and presentation development (PowerPoint, Excel, BI tools).
Exceptional written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Drives the IT leadership operating cadence—staff meetings, leadership reviews, business reviews (MBR/QBR), offsites, and all-hands—including agendas, pre-reads, content, and follow-up on action items and decisions.
Partners with the VP and leadership team to shape and operationalize strategy, including annual and quarterly planning, goal/OKR setting, and tracking progress against objectives.
Leads and orchestrates high-priority, cross-functional strategic initiatives end to end—defining scope, milestones, owners, and success metrics, and driving them to completion.
Leads change management and enablement to evolve the leadership team and broader IT organization into an AI-first / AI-native team—driving adoption, capability-building, and new ways of working.
Leads change management, training, and enablement to drive adoption of new platforms and tools both internally across IT and with business partners—building capability and ensuring sustained usage and value realization.
Owns resource planning and portfolio management—balancing capacity, priorities, and investments across the organization's initiatives, and providing leadership with visibility into the full portfolio.
Supports leadership on the mobilization of data governance across the organization for trust, quality, and AI readiness.
Establishes AI-first processes and mechanisms for tracking execution and operations against strategy, giving leadership real-time visibility into progress, performance, and outcomes.
Synthesizes data, metrics, and qualitative inputs into clear, executive-ready briefings, recommendations, and decision support for the leader and leadership team.
Develops executive communications—leadership presentations, organizational updates, talking points, and messaging—on behalf of the VP and the IT organization.
Acts as a proxy and integrator across the leadership team, ensuring alignment, surfacing risks and dependencies early, and holding cross-functional owners accountable for commitments.
Manages the operational health of the organization—supporting budget and headcount planning, resource and vendor coordination, and tracking of key operating metrics.
Drives organizational and team health initiatives, including engagement, culture, talent, and recognition programs in partnership with HR and leadership.
Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across IT and business functions to enable collaboration and remove barriers to execution.
Proactively identifies gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in how the leadership team operates, and implements processes and mechanisms to address them.
Operates at speed and continuously finds newer, smarter ways to drive speed and efficiency—challenging the status quo and accelerating how the organization plans, decides, and executes.
Handles sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism.

• 7+ years of Project Management-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.

9+ years of Project Management-relevant work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$142,400.00 - $213,600.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
