Sr. Program Manager, WW FBA

Logistics, Sales & Operations · Supply Chain & Transport · Program Management · Logistics Management

In short

Amazon seeks a Sr. Program Manager, WW FBA in Bengaluru to drive key inventory metrics for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). This role involves building operating mechanisms, diagnosing root causes using data (SQL proficiency required), and influencing cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will apply AI/automation and have experience in inventory planning or supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with in-country FBA, Supply Chain, Retail, and Operations teams to drive key FBA inventory metrics.
  • Build and maintain root-cause attribution frameworks to connect upstream inputs to downstream metric outcomes.
  • Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly review mechanisms for metric areas.
  • Design and run structured experiments with sellers (adoption levers, communication treatments, incentive mechanisms).
  • Work with Product, science, and BI teams to translate operational insights into scalable product improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve metric tracking, root cause diagnosis, and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate peak readiness (Prime Day, BFCM) by identifying inventory risks and working on mitigation plans.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between WW FBA and in-country stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience owning business metrics end-to-end — defining measurement frameworks, diagnosing root causes, and leading cross-functional teams to drive improvement.
  • Proficiency in SQL or equivalent querying tools to independently extract, analyze, and communicate operational insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience preparing and presenting structured reviews to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across teams you do not directly manage, in ambiguous or evolving organizational contexts.
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI or automation tools to redesign an analytical or operational workflow.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in inventory planning, or supply chain operations; or equivalent experience in marketplace or platform supply chain, or seller/vendor-facing operations at scale.
  • Familiarity with generic inventory systems — including placement logic, restock recommendations, capacity management, or seller-facing tools.
  • Experience working in or closely with non-US Amazon stores (EU, JP, IN).
  • Demonstrated ability to build operating mechanisms from scratch — metric definitions, attribution frameworks, review cadences — in an environment without established playbooks.

Benefits

  • Inclusive culture that empowers Amazonians.
  • Workplace accommodation and adjustment support for individuals with disabilities.
