As a Senior Program Manager for Amazon India, you will lead cost reduction programs related to returns, concessions, and abuse prevention. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to design strategies, set goals, monitor progress, and optimize processes using data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to reduce policy and process defects and associated abuse to reduce cost of returns and concessions.
  • Run cross-functional product and program mechanisms across business, product, and tech stakeholders.
  • Streamline cross-functional collaboration to establish program goals, KPIs, and track progress at regular intervals.
  • Identify potential blockers upfront and find solutions.
  • Manage the roadmaps and publish quarterly updates on achievements and learnings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of post Master's, full-time relevant industry (professional or military) experience.
  • Full-time MBA program in management, business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma.
  • Master's degree.
  • Master's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent.
