As a Sr. Product Manager, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for products that shape abuse prevention and customer experience by building robust customer identity solutions. You will work backward from customer needs, define strategies, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes, leveraging generative AI and prioritizing investments.

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap by working backward from customer needs, using customer research, market analysis, and data-driven insights.
  • Translate product strategy into deliverables, define acceptance criteria, and drive execution from prototype through launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Influence without authority across teams to build alignment among stakeholders and deliver cohesive customer experiences.
  • Own product performance by defining success criteria and key metrics, analyzing usage data and customer behavior, and iterating to improve adoption and satisfaction.
  • Leverage generative AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate development cycles and identify new opportunities for product innovation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
  • Master's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end to end product delivery.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience as a product manager or owner.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights.
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
