As a Sr. Associate - Quality Analyst in Amazon's Global Solutions & Risk Compliance (GSRC) team, you will perform daily quality audits, identify anomalies and root causes, and propose solutions to enhance productivity and compliance. This role requires fluency in English, experience with Microsoft Office, and at least 2 years of work experience in Business Process Outsourcing within domains like accounting, regulatory compliance, IT services, or quality assurance.

Responsibilities

Perform quality audits on a daily basis using Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and achieves self-utilization, productivity and quality as per defined targets.
Comprehend SOPs with minimal support and identify opportunities.
Identify anomalies through audits (SOP defects, Process gaps etc.).
Use knowledge and identify defect/s & preliminary root causes, explains the rationale.
Propose solutions on quality/productivity and work on milestones with managers.
Expertise in research – finding specific information (eg: products, regulations etc) in a timely manner.
Prepare key insight trends and share reports on regular basis.
Provide feedbacks to the associates and close loop on audit observations.
Respond to stakeholders with guidance and flags any updates to Lead/Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
2+ year work experience in Business Process Outsourcing in any of the following domains: accounting, regulatory compliance, IT services, quality assurance

Desired Qualifications

Experience in trade compliance, import/export operations, customs regulations, cross-border logistics, or regulatory compliance processes related to global trade operations is preferred.
Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations.
Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies.
Experience as a quality auditor in retail chain management / FMCG company / Corporate role.
Experience in designing and implementing custom reporting systems using automation tools.
Experience with data analysis in a variety of quantitative fields and experience building data and decision support systems.
Knowledge of database query technologies (SQL).
Business Process Outsourcing, Operations processes; Database management is an added advantage.
