Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop learning content and assessment materials.
- Compile, arrange, and update training materials and curriculum.
- Develop course materials based on information from SMEs and instructors.
- Correct and update e-learning modules issues and escalate to developers when necessary.
- Participate in developing storyboards, scripts, and suggest overall concepts to stakeholders.
- Create content for multiple learning modalities (instructor-led, webinars, video, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication Arts, English, or equivalent.
- 1-year related experience in training administration, curriculum development, learning management system, business reporting, customer service, or marketing.
- Basic knowledge on e-learning content development and learning management systems.
- Basic MS Office Application – Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
