Responsibilities
- Manage assigned portfolio including strategic accounts, trading partners, intercompany, and end customers.
- Review open/active accounts for collection efforts.
- Prepare and communicate monthly Statement of Accounts to assigned customers.
- Collect customer payments according to due dates, including pre-due date reminders and follow-ups on aging balances.
- Identify, validate, and log customer disputes to initiate resolution and escalation.
- Perform initial investigation and communicate findings with proper owners/resolvers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any finance field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Cash Application or Accounts Receivable function.
- Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
